Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for internal and external Nodak Insurance Company customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and billing systems within the Customer Service Department.
Coordinate, complete, and document project/change request tasks on time and within budget hours. Typical project tasks include table maintenance for policy management system, quality assurance testing of all system changes, maintaining and documenting changes on policy forms, rates, and manuals, and assisting with insurance department filings.
